Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds or returns for money back. We exchange only. If something isn't right, we'll swap it for a different size, a different colour, or another piece of the same value.

You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to start an exchange. After 3 days we're unable to process it.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Never worn or tried on
• Never washed or exposed to water
• Tags must be intact and attached
• In original packaging
• Free of any damage or stains

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged, even if the 3-day window is still open.

How to Start an Exchange

We make exchanges simple. Here's how:

1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +961 71 264690 with your order number and the size or color you'd like.
2. Send photos of the item and its tags so we can verify condition.
3. We'll confirm the exchange is eligible and check availability.
4. Send the item back to us. Return shipping is at your own cost.
5. Receive your replacement within 2-5 business days after we inspect the original.

Shipping The Item Back

Return shipping is at your own cost. We'll give you the address and instructions. Please make sure your package is securely wrapped, and keep your tracking details until the exchange is complete.

Sizing & Availability

Exchanges are subject to size and color availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we'll suggest alternatives or let you know when it will be back in stock.
